GUARANTEES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders received in the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment, usually delivered in Italy within 3-4 working days.
EUROPE: 7 working days
Other countries: 10 working days
GEA srl will not be held responsible for any document errors as buyer’s mistakes in the provided delivery address, lost or any delays due to customs operations and controls and any other situation not directly dependent on GEA srl. If the buyer has not decided to ensure the goods, no refund will be paid.
No deliveries are made to mailboxes. You will be asked for an alternative address, if it will not be provided within 5 days of our request, the order will be canceled.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
You can return your items purchased on the MyShapes e-commerce website within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order, making a return or a replacement.
FREE RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT: If the value of the replacement items is equal to or above the return value, sending the merchandise’s return and sending the replacement is FREE. The goods delivered must be entrusted to the courier according to our instructions.
RETURN FOR REFUND: The cost of the € 10.00 paid is deducted from the amount refunded by the Company. The goods delivered must be entrusted to courier according to our instructions.
In both cases, for customs issues, you will not be able to return the goods from a state other than the one where we delivered the goods.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
Substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal: used, dirty, damaged items due to ordinary use, without the tags and packaging materials will not be replaced or refunded.
The products to be returned must be shipped in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packs of equivalent size.
You must notify in email@example.com in writing within 14 working days of receipt of the products the “REQUEST FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT” indicating: date of receipt, description of the items to give back (code) and the reason for the yield. Our customer service will provide instructions for resold practice.
The returned merchandise is delivered to our logistics and the person in charge will perform the verification of the returns as soon as possible: once the return is approved you will receive an email notification. The terms and conditions of redemption vary according to the legal terms, depending on the type of payment chosen for the order:
– If you have paid through a credit card or PayPal, we will issue your refund by canceling your original payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return (to formally reimburse your credit card It takes about 5-6 working days depending on the contract with the card manager)
– If you have paid the courier you will be asked for the credit card details for the credit
